I'm a Lagree-certified instructor on a mission to make smart, effective movement part of everyday life in Lebanon. After falling in love with the method's blend of strength and mindful control, I built a space where every body — beginner or athlete — is coached with intention.

The Lagree Method is a full-body workout performed on the Lagree Micro. It keeps muscles under slow, continuous tension to build lean strength, core stability and endurance, all while protecting your joints. No bouncing, no burnout — just focused, results-driven movement.
